人们常常会将沙姜与生姜混淆,虽然说沙姜与生姜同是姜,但是沙姜的功效与作用与生姜还是有差别的,并且在用法上,沙姜与生姜也是不同的。沙姜更是常见的中药材之一,可煎汤,也可以做成丸剂,还可研磨成末。内服可辅助心腹冷痛,外用可辅助牙痛。沙姜独特的香气和辛辣味道能够促进唾液分泌,增进食欲,起到健脾和胃的作用。故有食欲不振的人群可经常食用。
素鸡做法To prepare mock chicken: 将豆包加入调味料拌匀。Mix gluten with seasoning.
制作前把大腐皮稍微泡水,沥干,铺平。Soak beancurd sheet into water till soft, drain, lay on table.
排放豆包4块,折成长方形,用竹签串起定型,用油纸包起放入盘中,烧开热水,放入蒸锅中火蒸10-15分钟,盛起待凉才用。Arrange gluten on top and wrap it, fixed with bamboo stick. Wrap it with baking paper again, steam with medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove and let it cool down before use.
把素滑鸡切块,排放在长碟上,淋上沙姜茸和沙姜叶丝即可。Cut mock chicken into pieces, arrange on plate, pour over the chopped sand ginger and leaves, done.
沙姜茸做法To prepare Chopped ginger: 将沙姜、嫩姜、沙姜叶放入搅拌机,加2汤匙水搅拌至滑。倒入锅中,加入调味料拌匀,用小火煮至香浓,盛起备用。Blend sand ginger, young ginger, sand ginger leaves and 2 tbsp water until smooth. Pour into pot, cook together with seasoning till aromatic, ready to use.
